PROJECT OVERVIEW:  Look at the valuable relationships your school has with it's many vendors.  Ask one of the vendors to arrange for  a person from their Human Resources Department to conduct a mock interview with a former local graduate who is pursuing a career in a field that is related to their business.  Via a video conferencing listserv seek a school close to the vendor who will host the interviewer while the interviewee is located at your school.
NOTE:  We arranged the interview through our computer hardware vendor.
